The Ship Inn Bar

The Ship Inn Bar is finished with dark timber panelled walls decorated with original memorabilia, depicting scenes and customers of yester year, whilst comfortable fixed seating and chairs are finished in rich burgundy leather. The Ship Inn is a free house and offers a wide selection of draft beers including McEwen's 70/- and 80/-, Guinness, Belhaven Best and John Smiths, for lager drinkers we have Stella-Artois, Kronenberg and Tennents. We also offer a large range of wines served by the glass, 175 and 250ml measures or by the bottle. Food is available 7 days a week in the bar from 12 noon until 2:30pm and 5:00pm- 7:30pm. We offer a wide range of filled rolls, backed potatoes etc. as well as the traditional pub favourites such as steak pie, scampi, battered haddock, lasagne etc
